1) INTRODUCTION:
The Valley® 8000 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Belt Buckle Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on August 27, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).
During the Entry Period, eligible entrants will have the opportunity to enter for a chance to receive one (1) Valley 8000 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Belt Buckle (each, a “Prize”). A limited number of Prizes will be awarded. The exact number of Prizes is not predetermined and may vary based on availability, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Submitting an entry does not guarantee that an entrant will receive a Prize.
The sponsors of this Promotion are Valley Irrigation and Valmont Industries, Inc. (collectively, the “Sponsor”). The Promotion is subject to these Official Rules. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
An entrant is not a winner unless and until the entrant’s eligibility has been verified and the entrant has been notified by Sponsor that all requirements to claim a Prize have been satisfied.
2) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win a Prize. A purchase will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.
3) APPLICABLE LAW (VOID WHERE PROHIBITED):
This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
4) ELIGIBILITY:
Geographical and Age Requirements: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York and Florida, who are at least twenty-two (22) years of age as of the date of entry and who are physically located within the eligible Promotion territory when entering (“Eligible Entrants”). Eligible Entrants must own or rent irrigation equipment used for farming purposes.
The Promotion is open to individuals only. Entries submitted by or on behalf of corporations, partnerships, associations, groups or other legal entities are not eligible.
Promotion Entity and Immediate Family Member Ineligibility: Officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents of Valley Irrigation; any Valley-related entity; any Valley dealer or retailer; and any entity involved in the sponsorship, development, production, implementation or distribution of the Promotion or Promotion materials, together with their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries and successors (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), are not eligible to enter. Immediate family members of the Promotion Entities and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are also ineligible. “Immediate family members” include spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren, including relationships through marriage, remarriage, adoption, cohabitation or other familial extension.
5) HOW TO ENTER:
Eligible Entrants are limited to one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period.
Online Entry: During the Entry Period, visit web.valleyirrigation.com/8000, follow the instructions and complete all required fields on the online entry form. Entries must be submitted and received by Sponsor during the Entry Period.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant. A potential winner may be required to provide proof that the individual is the authorized account holder. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to an email address by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Entries Are the Sole and Exclusive Property of Sponsor: All Promotion entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor upon submission and will not be returned.
Disclaimer of Responsibility for Entries: Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or not received because of electronic, technical or other difficulties, even if the problem results from the sole or partial negligence of Sponsor.
Proof of submitting an entry does not constitute proof that Sponsor received the entry. Each entrant is responsible for all costs associated with accessing the Promotion website, including internet access and data charges.
Multiple Entries: Multiple entries are not permitted. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, email addresses, registrations or any other method may void all entries submitted by that entrant.
Automated Entries Prohibited: Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated process or any other method intended to circumvent the entry limits or requirements are prohibited and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, has tampered with or attempted to manipulate the entry process or the operation of the Promotion.
False, Fraudulent or Deceptive Entries or Acts: Entrants who, in Sponsor’s judgment, provide false, fraudulent or deceptive entries or engage in false, fraudulent or deceptive acts in connection with the Promotion will be disqualified and may be subject to prosecution.
Acceptance of Rules: By submitting an entry, each entrant affirms that the entrant has read and accepted these Official Rules. Entry information will be used in a manner consistent with the consent provided by the entrant at the time of entry, these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
6) GRAND PRIZE/FIRST PRIZE/SELECTION/ODDS OF WINNING GRAND PRIZE:
Prize: Each winner will receive one (1) Valley 8000 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Belt Buckle. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $60 USD.
A limited number of Prizes will be awarded. The exact number of Prizes is not predetermined and may vary based on availability, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The total ARV of all Prizes will depend on the number of Prizes ultimately awarded. Limit one (1) Prize per person and per household.
Winner Selection: Sponsor may conduct one or more random drawings during or after the Entry Period from among all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be selected on or about November 2, 2026. Sponsor will determine, in its sole discretion and based on Prize availability, the number of potential winners selected. Entries not selected in an earlier drawing may remain eligible for subsequent drawings, if any.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the number of Prizes made available by Sponsor.
Winner Verification: Each potential winner is subject to verification by Sponsor and may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor may require a potential winner to complete, sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release and, where legally permitted, a publicity release within the time specified by Sponsor. Failure to provide requested documentation or satisfy any other verification requirement will result in disqualification, and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner, subject to Prize availability.
Each Prize is awarded “as is.” Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, and expressly disclaims any warranty of title, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except for any warranty provided by the Prize manufacturer.
Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes and for any other fees or expenses associated with the acceptance, possession or use of a Prize that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules.
Prizes are nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.
Sponsor will attempt to contact each potential winner by telephone, email or mail using the contact information provided at the time of entry. A potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of Sponsor’s first notification attempt and may be required to complete and return eligibility, liability and publicity documents within the time specified by Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, does not meet the eligibility requirements, does not comply with these Official Rules or if a Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner, subject to Prize availability.
Prize Delivery: Each verified winner must provide a valid mailing address located within the eligible Promotion territory. Sponsor will ship each Prize to the verified winner at Sponsor’s expense within approximately two weeks after verification, unless otherwise communicated by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for a Prize that is delayed, lost, damaged, misdirected or stolen after it has been transferred to the shipping carrier, except where prohibited by law. A Prize returned as undeliverable may be forfeited, and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner, subject to Prize availability.
If, because of a printing, production, technical, human or other error, more Prize claims are received than the number of Prizes Sponsor makes available, Sponsor may conduct a random drawing among all eligible claimants to award the available Prizes. Sponsor will not be obligated to award more Prizes than it has made available for the Promotion.
Unless prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, voice, photograph, likeness, testimonial and statements for advertising, promotional or publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice or approval.
7) RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION:
By participating in this Promotion, all entrants agree to RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Valley Irrigation and its direct and indirect affiliates, divisions, parent and subsidiary companies, officers, employees, shareholders, representatives, managers, members, directors, owners, agents, insurers, attorneys, predecessors, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against all claims, damages, charges, injuries, losses, proceedings, suits, actions, expenses and attorneys’ fees arising out of or relating to entry or participation in the Promotion, any Promotion-related activity, or the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize, including claims based on tort, product liability, wrongful death, warranty, breach of contract, privacy, defamation, misappropriation of likeness, identity theft or loss of consortium, even if the act or omission complained of was caused in whole or in part by the strict liability or negligence of any Released Party.
Additionally, by participating in this Promotion, all entrants agree to INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS AND DEFEND the Released Parties from and against all claims, damages, charges, injuries, losses, proceedings, suits, actions, expenses and attorneys’ fees arising out of or relating to entry or participation in the Promotion, any Promotion-related activity, the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize, or the entrant’s failure to comply with the release above or any other provision of these Official Rules. This obligation applies even if the act or omission complained of was allegedly caused in whole or in part by the strict liability or negligence of any Released Party.
8) GENERAL RULES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
All federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations apply. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including because of computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and: (i) cancel or terminate the Promotion or any portion of it; (ii) modify or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and resume it in a manner that best conforms to the intent of these Official Rules; and/or (iii) award Prizes from among the eligible, nonsuspect entries received before the impairment, subject to Prize availability.
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Sponsor and its respective agencies, affiliates, parent companies and subsidiaries, which are final and legally binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person for: (i) tampering with the entry process or operation of the Promotion; (ii) gaining an unfair advantage in participating; (iii) obtaining winner status through false, fraudulent or deceptive means; or (iv) engaging in unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE THE ORDINARY OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION OR ANY SPONSOR WEBSITE, OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION, MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM THE RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
The Released Parties are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information; printing or human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any wireless network, computer system, server, provider or software relating to or resulting from participation in the Promotion; theft, tampering, destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; data processed late or incorrectly or incomplete or lost because of wireless networks, computer or electronic malfunction, internet traffic congestion or any other reason; or any combination of the foregoing. If there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or statements in any Promotion materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules will govern and control.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion if fraud, misconduct, technical failure, human error, an act of God, natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, governmental action or any other event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs or prevents the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the end of the Entry Period, Sponsor may select potential winners from the eligible, nonsuspect entries received before termination, subject to Prize availability.
This Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. By entering, each entrant submits to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in Nebraska and waives the right to have disputes arising out of the subject matter of the Promotion adjudicated in any other forum. No entrant will be entitled to injunctive or equitable relief of any kind or to restrain the continuation of the Promotion.
Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that: (i) any dispute, claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Promotion or any Prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any recovery will be limited to the entrant’s actual, documented out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Promotion; and (iii) the entrant waives any right to claim attorneys’ fees or punitive, incidental, consequential, special or multiplied damages.
If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected. Section headings are provided for convenience only and will not affect the interpretation of these Official Rules.
9) PRIVACY:
Sponsor will collect and use entry information to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill Prizes and otherwise carry out the Promotion in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at [INSERT PRIVACY POLICY URL].
If an entrant separately elects to receive marketing communications, Sponsor may send information, samples or special offers that Sponsor believes may be of interest regarding its products or other complementary goods offered by Sponsor or by other companies Sponsor may select. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications using the method provided in those communications, without affecting an otherwise eligible Promotion entry.
